GOVERNMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Guam
Position Summary:
The Government Sales Representative shall sell products and services to existing and prospective United States Federal Government, Government of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Commercial customers. The primary goal is to solicit Motorola solutions and PWC wireless & wired voice and data solutions. PWC’s solutions include product and services sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales;
- Develop ideas and create justifications and proposals of PWC capabilities, products and services for direct sales to accounts by territory and assigned market sector;
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits;
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers;
- Develop and maintain internal relations and resources through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff;
- Monitor and report on personnel, competitive, territory and market activities and provide relevant management information;
- Liaise and attend meetings and other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development;
- Attend and undertake training to develop relevant knowledge and skills;
- Attend and participate in trade shows to promote PWC brand and capabilities and gain exposure to newly introduced products in market; and a as vendor, to promote new and current technologies, solutions and products into the market;
- Responsible for annual sales quota within the Guam and Mariana Islands;
- Analyze competitive product offerings in terms of features and benefits as well as price points.
- Responsible for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual funnel and sales/revenue forecast, and updating funnel and forecast weekly as needed;
- Create and maintain key account and management information.
Required Experience:
- Two years of highly responsible and verifiable experience in wireless voice and data sales environment. The successful candidate must be an aggressive, highly skilled sales professional with proven success in selling in a competitive marketplace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to work in a team environment.
Required Knowledge:
- Sales and Marketing -- Knowledge of principles and methods for articulating, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes product demonstration, and sales techniques.
- Voice and Data Communications – Knowledge of wireless communications systems and IT networks, servers, LAN, WAN, Routers.
- English Language -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Reading Comprehension – Able to read and understanding requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions in work related documents.
Education
- Minimum education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year.
- Motorola product sales experience is a plus.

Job Title: SERVICE MANAGER - OAHU
Location: Honolulu
Position Summary:
Perform a variety of tasks to direct the operation of the PWC Oahu Service Center in such a manner as to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction, market a high quality service product, and produce a satisfactory profit. Coordinate the activities of the repair depot technicians, field radio technicians, and installers in the Service Center and to assist as necessary with maintenance, repair, and installation of communications equipment and systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule personnel in the installation, repair and maintenance of communications equipment and radio systems.
- Analyze equipment and vehicle requirements and their maintenance needs.
- Recruit and hire and train personnel to maintain a high level of performance.
- Analyze costs and develop realistic and compensatory rate schedules.
- Analyze inventory levels and develop parts stock controls.
- Analyze employee performance and productivity and communicate with personnel.
- Maintain useful service records of work and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the sales department to promote sale of maintenance contract renewals.
- Assist sales representatives by providing sales leads.
- Quote prices for maintenance and installation services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a neat and orderly facility.
- Promote and maintain an ongoing employee safety plan.
Job Qualifications:
- Complete working knowledge of technical electronic skills and FCC regulations.
- Understanding of general business administration and applicable general office, company and Service Center policies and procedures.
- 5 years experience as a technician, supervisor or manager is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
