Towers Build to Suit
Pacific Wireless Communications' ability to build towers on time and within budget, its skills in site acquisition and zoning, and its capital structure help make us a superior Build to Suit partner. We work with wireless operators of any size on any type of project – from large PCS build outs to single towers designed for an FM broadcast or paging company. Our unique vendor relationships, as well as long standing relationships with local and regional wireless operators, allow us to build towers for single paging or private land mobile operators that most other tower companies will not consider.
Site Selection, Engineering
Pacific Wireless Communications will locate the communications sites most suitable to meet the client requirements, whether the needs are for a single site or an entire network. A large, continually expanding database of site locations is available, and PWC has the capability of performing all required engineering studies to help assure that a prospective site will meet the needs of the client.
Computer-Assisted Engineering is used by PWC to perform analyses of radio frequencies at each site for compatibility among existing and proposed tenants. This analysis results in engineering recommendations which provide satisfactory radio system performance while maximizing the use of available space at the site.
Radio system coverage predictions also are available through PWC to estimate the area within which radio coverage will be provided from the site.
Site Development And Construction
Pacific Wireless Communications LLC can provide a complete package of turnkey services required for the development and construction of new communications sites or the rehabilitation of existing sites. Included in this group of services are the design and specification of electrical systems, HVAC, antenna supports, telephone systems, interconnect facilities, power supplies, lightning protection, grounding, and equipment shelter construction. PWC can manage the construction of regional networks through its close affiliations with the best vendors in key areas of the country.
Tower/Rooftop Management
Pacific Wireless Communications' goal is to provide excellent customer service to both communications system operators and site owners. Our management team has been a leader in the representation of rooftop and tower owners since 1989. We understand that system operators need the best antenna sites available, while site owners must realize the full revenue potential of the tower or building. PWC manages communications facilities ranging from tower sites to rooftop locations. Our goal is to maximize revenue and minimize operational problems and interference through careful planning, engineering, and installation standards.
Pacific Wireless Communications provides a comprehensive marketing program for its managed sites, which includes advertising in industry publications, direct mailings to potential tenants, site directory listings, trade show exhibits and promotional vehicles to allow each site to receive maximum exposure.

Through the use of our large, continually expanding database of site locations PWC can successfully complete acquisition projects that require existing sites, new towers, or a combination of both.
Pacific Wireless Communications has extensive experience in lease/license negotiations, the preparation of filings and exhibits for FCC licensing and FAA approval and providing support in gaining local planning and zoning approvals.
