Manufacturer’s Warranty Only

Manufacturers warrant their Communication Products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) or two (2) years. This warranty does not cover the cost for shipping and delivery to and from the Manufacturer’s Repair Depot or PWC’s repair facilities. The warranty does not include level setting, adjustments, optimization, or intermittent problems when no problems are found or Preventative Maintenance Inspections.

PWC In-Warranty Service Agreement (IWSA)

With our In-Warranty Service Agreement (IWSA) you can experience the same peace of mind that our Ali’i Service Agreement provides you at a significantly discounted monthly rate for all equipment covered under manufacturer’s warranty.  With the IWSA, you receive a proactive annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and repair service that is performed to ensure your equipment is operating at its highest standards set by the manufacturer.   In addition to the annual PMI, any time a piece of equipment comes in for repair under IWSA, a PMI is performed prior to the return of the equipment to you.  Equipment with an IWSA includes the cost of pick-up and delivery to and from PWC and the cost of shipping to and from the manufacturers if needed.  After the manufacturer’s warranty has ended, we will continue to service your equipment under our PWC Ali’i Service Agreement.

With supplemental options such as engraving, various trainings, and development of disaster preparedness plans, our Ali’i Service Agreement will help you organize, track, and keep your equipment optimized for long life and for the lowest total cost of ownership.  These services also ensure that your equipment continues to perform at its highest standard. With our one-, two-, or three- year contract, PWC will provide your company with superior service and support for all of your equipment and needs.
