From priority repair services to engraving services, our Platinum Package will organize and take care of your needs. These services ensure that your radio equipment continues to perform at its highest capability. As a bonus to signing with this package, PWC will perform a preliminary Electromagnetic Emissions (EME) Assessment valued at $800 at no charge. Infrastructure services quoted separately.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Priority Service Repair
Covers labor and parts required for repair.
- Normal Business Hours Repair
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Preventative Maintenance Inspection
Ensures dependable uptime, greater productivity and longer life of your system.
- FCC/CET Trained Technicians
- Semi-Annual Asset Management (on-site if required) of subscriber equipment
- Quarterly Status Report
Reports of services performed and suggested recommendations
- Preliminary EME Assessment
